CSF Requirements

The CSF Spring membership drive for Spring 2025 HAS BEEN EXTENDED through Friday, February 7th, 2025.  

Please, go to the CSF Google Classroom (Code: tk56b3f) to complete the online application. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm whether you meet the grade requirements based on last semesters transcripts and CSF requirements.

You must pay the membership fee ($10) to the Student Webstore by February 7th at 11:59 pm. 
 
Days to turn in paperwork to Mrs. Alves Room B137 after school until 3:45 pm: 

• Seniors: Wed., 2/5
• Juniors: Thurs., 2/6
• Sophomores: Fri., 2/7

Please bring the following 3 things to Mrs. Alves Room B137: 

1. Printed email confirmation that you meet the CSF grade points requirements
2. Copy of your last semester transcripts with your name showing on transcripts.
3. Proof of payment of the $10 membership fee to the online student webstore

 
Note: Your application will not be accepted if you do not pay your $10 fee. No money turned in = no application accepted.
